Operations support (fashion) - Temporary

For an international fashion brand we are looking for an Operations Support in Amsterdam.

In this position you prepare the product preparation for e-commerce photo shoots. You will oversee a high volume workflow of samples within the studio for all products photography. Together with the in-house creative and production teams as well as external vendors, you will efficiently deliver digital product assets every season.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will play a key role balancing operational and creative considerations. Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for Inbounding and Outbound samples;
• Follows procedures to prepare products for shooting;
• Use RFID technology to label and track the products received;
• Maintains the integrity of products while prepping and repacking;
• Keep products organized and arranged by brand, season and priority;
• Consistently meets daily production and quality goals;
• Independently resolves basic problems and product flow issues;
• Able to lift boxes up to 15 kg

We are looking for:

• Experience working in a fast paced environment;
• Logistics or operational background;
• Experienced in MS office, mainly Excel;
• Strong Ownership and Accountability;
• Proactive attitude;
• Quick learner;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results;
• Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure.
